Changed your mind?
Withdraw from contract hereIf you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To use it, send us the form below, or any clear statement by email to support@dolcereverie.com. We refund your payment, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the items are back with us before we refund.
Item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong? That is different: you are entitled to a free replacement, a full refund or full store credit. Just email support@dolcereverie.com with a photo.

Send the withdrawal form
Tap the button and fill in your order number and email (your name is optional).

Get your confirmation
You immediately get an email with the date and time of your request. Within 48 hours we reply with the return address and next steps.

Ship it back within 14 days
Send the items back unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of your request, at your own cost.

Get your refund
Once the items are back with us, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

We are a small, family-run shop, not Amazon. Every shirt is printed just for you, so return shipping is at your own cost. Thank you for understanding 💙
